MASTER PLAN PRECINCTS

Central Park occupies 5.8 hectares on the site of the former Carlton and United Brewery site and is located at the southern end of the Sydney CBD. The urban renewal project received concept plan approval in 2007 with demolition works commencing in 2008. A total of 255,000m2 GFA was approved on the site over multiple new buildings, with new public parks and roads that were dedicated to Council.

Centrix executives played a key role in masterplanning, community consultation, project feasibility studies, obtaining development consent, design management, delivery and handover of this  multi-staged development.   

 

City Quarter, Sydney

City Quarter occupies 5.3 hectares on the site of the former Royal Alexandra Hospital for Children located in the inner west suburb of Camperdown, on the edge of the Sydney CBD. Comprising of over 1,000 residential apartments, demolition works began in 2001 and the precinct was completed in 2009.  

Centrix executives played a key role in obtaining development consents, design management, delivery and handover of this multi-staged development.
