Industrial Safety Fencing

As a direct result of automation and robotic projects undertaken by Centrix, we identified a need for a durable yet affordable industrial safety fencing, equipment and machinery guarding product.

Research & Development was undertaken to design a fencing system that could be manufactured in a modular format and meet Australian Standards.

The result of our R&D is a safety fencing product with the following features and benefits:

Complies with Australian Standard 4024.1 (“Safety of Machinery”);
Centre to Centre Post – 1,600mm;
Fence Height – 1,870mm;
Floor restrictions – our product caters to any floor configuration and will handle sloping and uneven floor surfaces;
Durable - metal components are galvanised and powdercoated. Other products in the market are simply powdercoated which can be prone to corrosion if the powder coated surface is scratched;
Ease of installation – customers can easily install the fence themselves or Centrix can install (if required);
Fencing Posts - are cable tray mounting ready and it is also possible to run cable in the posts;
Addition of special brackets - customers have the ability to attach standard brackets to the posts (eg. cable trays, pipe clamps, cover strips, shelf brackets, shelves etc);
Flexible Door Arrangements – customers can purchase a variety of door/entrance arrangements from swinging doors through to automated configurations.
